Big, but the water quit working in the first month

I really like the size of this refrigerator and my husband LOVES his craft ice but we had it less than a month and the water quit working in the door :( now we have to wait 4 days for someone to come look at it>

I purchased this about two weeks ago. This is a nice and deep refrigerator. Can hold everything my family of 4 will eat and drink. The only problem I have is the Ice maker. The Ice maker won't keep up with a family of 4, and it's not even summer yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side by side doors are okay but I think I would rather have the French door configuration. It just doesn’t seem to work for the freezer space when it’s on the side. The best feature I like is the large balls of craft ice. Unfortunately it must be a new technology as I had to have 2 service calls to fix it. The last call was to replace it with a new redesigned model so hopefully that fixed it.
