The craft ice machine is my fiancés favorite and I love how the ice maker does small ice cubes! Love the capacity! The door-in-door didn't seal so we had condensation. Entire right door replaced, seals. But this door-in-door doesn't close easily so we have to really push it in to close OR lift the open tab to close it. We'll probably just not use it as it's a pain.

After years of issues with our previous refrigerator, we were elated to find this LG!
The ability to open the window to quickly grab a beverage is my favorite feature. **Bonus** my teenager can stand there and look for something without opening the door. Everyone loves the craft ice, it’s so fun to make drinks for friends and family. The drawers in freezer are great! I don’t have to shove things around to find what I am looking for. If it’s not on a shelf it’s readily available in the drawers. My children love grabbing popsicles and ice cream treats inside the door under the ice maker, when they used to have to search and rearrange things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge, works well. Only issue I've had is that the Craft ice maker did not work. I contacted LG and they sent a tech out who swapped out the ice maker and said to give it 24 hours. No hassles, but also no troubleshooting to verify that it was receiving water (the issue with the first one). Hopefully this will work, but the 10 min swap has me curious if the issue will be fixed.

Lighting Not Good

This is a fantastic refrigerator, but the light inside is not very good. There is just one small led light in the top. If you have a full fridge, the light doesn't make it down to the lower shelf or drawers. I thought a light was out, because it was so dark I has trouble finding things. This needs to be addressed in future models. When paying upwards of 3k, you should get enough light to find things. With that said, so far it's a great fridge other than the lighting issue.
