After years of issues with our previous refrigerator, we were elated to find this LG!
The ability to open the window to quickly grab a beverage is my favorite feature. **Bonus** my teenager can stand there and look for something without opening the door. Everyone loves the craft ice, it’s so fun to make drinks for friends and family. The drawers in freezer are great! I don’t have to shove things around to find what I am looking for. If it’s not on a shelf it’s readily available in the drawers. My children love grabbing popsicles and ice cream treats inside the door under the ice maker, when they used to have to search and rearrange things.

Love the capacity! The door-in-door didn't seal so we had condensation. Entire right door replaced, seals. But this door-in-door doesn't close easily so we have to really push it in to close OR lift the open tab to close it. We'll probably just not use it as it's a pain.
