[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for a couple of months now. Love it!!! Didn’t know I would enjoy the Craft ice so much. It is loud when it drops but so worth it. There is a little mat in the ice tray. You do get use to the sound. I like the ice in the door & water feature too. It sanitizes every hour. I did have to put a mat in front of the fridge because tiny pieces of ice do pop out when getting ice but not that big a deal. The fridge is wide enough to hold a Little Caesars pizza box. There are 2 drawers in the freezer. Very useful. The smudge proof doors are awesome! I like the door in door feature for drinks & condiments. It’s the main reason I went with this fridge. I just love this side by side. Plenty of room. I’m so glad I bought it. Worth the price.

Our favorite feature, the door-in-door function, is no longer operable in less than two months. The hook on the door appears metal, however, the latch on the interior is plastic and somehow broke. For now, we have the door-in-door taped shut, until our service repair request is fulfilled.
