One to replace craft ice maker and one to replace the compressor. Both times were under warranty and both issues were fixed as promised. Otherwise it’s a refrigerator that freezes and cools properly.

Very disappointing that after calling LG with all the problems I'm having with my ice maker for the craft ice they say oh yes we know it's a problem it was the first generation and we have a different ice maker now that we can replace it with we'll just mail you one and you can put it in yourself. No thank you you can come fix it

We had to have warranty work because a plastic piece that hold a metal hook to close our drink access door broke off. The plastic piece really needs to be metal like the hook. This broke in 2.5 years. Our ice crusher function jams and we get a lot of large pieces of ice. We like the looks, but we would not buy another one like it.

Nothing But Issues

I've had the craft ice machine break twice and the piece of plastic that holds the door closed break. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand of fridge. The craft ice balls aren't worth the repairs that cost more than the entire fridge cost.
