[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing laptop. Screen, usability, battery life. Everything works and is premium. Great sound too - highly recommended. Don't worry about the Fn / Ctrl key location swap - you can simply change it in the BIOS if you need for your comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't go wrong with the X1 Carbon laptop. The fact that it's been around for so long and is on Gen 9 speaks for itself. It is just a highly sought after laptop series that is best in class for it's target audience -- which is for productivity and general versatility. It would not be the best for gaming or perhaps for complex design work, but for general business type use (think MS Office software type activities) and entertainment - audio, video, internet, etc. it's hard to beat. Very light but solidly built with good to great specs. It's fast and reliable.
