[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is great. It's quick, the picture is great. Couldn't be happier. The laptop is light which makes it easy to haul around.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with performance and construction. Solid feel, great hinge, great performance, ample ports.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A compact design with a good display. I haven't needed the processing power yet but overall good computer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fastest Lenovo laptop out there. Windows pop up on the screen after you run the program. Unprecedented computing power and style. Also the screen has a neat feature to dim/shift so people beside you can't read what you are typing when you need some privacy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this generation of the X1, replaced my gen 6 with this one and the keyboard is much improved and the performance is great. The design language has a few small improvements which I appreciate, the X1 continues to improve and I have every reason to believe it will continue to be my device of choice for as long as the model stays in the lineup.
While I love it, it isn't perfect. I do wish the ability to define the F12 function as play/pause was available, having a quick key for this has been missing since my X1 gen 3 and it really should be an option for user-defined functions in Vantage. My only other criticism would be that my device came pre-loaded with Adobe Acrobat via digital download, but there was no documentation I could find anywhere (email or packed with the unit) that pointed me to the right place. It wasn't until I started digging through menus in Vantage that I found the link to the prepaid digital download - this just seems like a lack of communication.
