[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best laptop I have come by so far. I work outside a lot and it has survived extremely cold temperatures and extremely hot temperatures with zero problems. It has also survived in light snow fall too which is crazy to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an available replacement for another model machine purchased. Did not fully meet the specs of the other machine as it did not have the 8 Cores, 16 Threads, 16 MB Cache; touchscreen; J45 port, docking port and SD card reader. The machine works fine so far, has a good camera and no crashes I experienced with the other machine. Dolby sound is good. A big disappointment is I can only get about 5 to 6 hours from a fully charged battery (browsing, watching you tube and music) out of the 16.7 hours advertised. Haven't tested with multiple apps yet e.g. Microsoft Office, recording videos etc. To use the machine offsite for more than 5 hours, I have to invest in a battery pack (CAD$145). I already invested in a USB C PD hub to get additional USB A ports, card readers and an additional USB C port (CAD$102). Could be better for the high price.

It is incredibly easy to use and reliable even when running multiple software's at the same time. I like the look of it, it is slick and not too bulky. Overall would recommend to anyone but especially those using multiple applications at the same time.
