[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really should have bought this first. No glitchy annoyances like the Acer I sent back. Slightly more expensive but WAY worth the money. I'm delighted with it. It was recommended to me by my son who is an electrical engineer / microchip designer and who, quite possibly, may research the tensile strength of a 2 inch nail before buying one. If I had one wee niggle, it would only be because it is minorly annoying to open the lid. For what I do - running a small business, detail photography work, etc. it performs flawlessly. Others have reviewed in great detail and most claim that it's the best available in this price range. I agree with all the positive comments on both the technical and aesthetic aspects. Read the in depth reviews. You really can't go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 16:10 display is a huge improvement over 16:9. Having 32GB ram is also very nice. Otherwise it's quite similar to my X1 gen 7. The only drawback is the keyboard which is not as good as it used to be (the keys are flatter and have less travel).
