Great laptop, but support is the worst out there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I really love the laptop itself. It is light, wonderful to type on, speedy and portable. The finish could be a bit better as I find I am constantly leaving smudges and finger prints on it which don't just wipe away. The rating is based soley on the laptop itself. Dealing with support over a Microsoft 365 issue showed me that the support Lenovo provides is possibly the worst out there. Although it was quick to get someone, no one seemed to understand my issue, I was disconnected because the rep took too long, had to explain myself several times to several people. I am hoping I don't have a more serious issue as I worry it will never get resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop heats up very quickly. It advertises as a new kind of cooling system which is one of the reasons I purchased it. Don’t know if I got a bad one but not happy with the cooling system at all.
