[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop itself is very nice but there was one critical problem. Once it went to sleep it would not wake up. The only thing I could do was to shut it down by physically holding the power button for several seconds. I applied *all* of the updates, drivers, etc. and experimented with the system/power settings. After Googling this I found on Lenovo forums that this is not an uncommon problem on many models of ThinkPad - not just this one. I tried all the suggested fixes, nothing. In the end, I *believe* I fixed the problem by turning off the "CPU power optimization" setting in the BIOS. Now the laptop appears to wake properly but I have no idea what kind of hit to the battery life I will take by disabling this. Even though it *appears* to work, I wasted 2-3 days experimenting. I should have just returned it immediately. This is a very nice laptop but until this problem is fixed "out of the box", I simply cannot recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I tried other brands that were similar in size, but they all felt like toys and this nano is the perfect size and feels very durable.

My "desktop" is a t15g and this is my take along, it's great. The typing experience is pretty good despite the key travel, I don't know if anybody thinks of compromises anymore; not sure what another mm or two would do for the masses. What I truly cherish, however, is that I can play Civ 6 on it at a pretty good clip, then switch over and write, which I do for a living. If I didn't have demands that required more computing power then this would be my primary. Speaking of compromise, I picked this up with an i5, 8gb ram, and 256gb SSD for under a grand and have zero regrets. I don't know if I would have done that for a daily driver but I could live with it. This is my favorite computer in decades.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this laptop, amazingly thin, fast boot and login, Windows Hello with camera works great (login with face only). My company offered a MacBook Air M1 or this and I’ve been really happy I got the Nano, the screen is great, case is great, if you’re in the market for a lightweight PC laptop that has the build quality you expect from Lenovo, you can’t beat the X1 Nano. It’s the perfect road warrior PC Laptop
