[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a long-time user of Thinkpads and more recently, the X1 Carbon series, I was very impressed with how much Lenovo was able to pack into this little machine. If you are an X1 Carbon user, the user experience will feel similar with very little compromise. If you are primarily using this machine for portability / travel use cases, I don't think you can find a better fit. That said, there are 2 things to consider if you are choosing between the Nano and the regular X1 Carbon: 1) keyboard size and 2) lack of a regular USB-A port. The Nano does not have a full-size keyboard and while the tactile feel is still great, I found the keyboard to be too cramped for larger sized hands. In terms of the lack of ports, I originally didn't think this would be an issue as I planned to use my wireless mouse in bluetooth mode to connect. What I found, however, is that there is a noticeable lag with my mouse when connected via bluetooth (not a Lenovo specific problem) that just wasn't tolerable for me. The universal transmitter on the mouse (which connects via USB-A) solves this issue but I didn't want to plug in a USB hub everytime I wanted to use my mouse. Ultimately, I decided to go with the regular X1 Carbon as a result, but if these two things aren't a concern for you, I would wholehearted recommend the nano.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product - I had a Lenovo laptop that I loved and wore out so I bought this to replace it. It’s even faster and weighs next to nothing. The keyboard seems sturdier than my older model. One month in and loving it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the same quality as ThinkPad X1 Carbon, but smaller. When I use it, I fell easier to carry with high preformation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Nano's keyboard became unresponsive 10 minutes after I powered up the laptop. Maybe in a pandemic the factory quality checks are hastily done?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased a Surface Laptop 4 base model, but I was not that impressed. I returned it and got this Thinkpad X1 Nano, and I'm glad I did!
Stellar keyboard, beautiful non-reflective display, incredibly lightweight and portable, USB-C charging, great battery life, and speedy performance. I truly love this laptop.
Only complaint is that the speakers aren't that great, and the X1 Carbon has more ports + a little more power. Still a wonderful laptop if you want a thin-and-light beast.
