Power cord

Not sure what to do I lost the power cord and I’ve tried other ones even another fisher price cord and nothing happens when I plug it in

Great smart bassinet with a few missing features

I’ve been using this with my 4th baby so we’ve been through a few bassinets. I love the sound and vibration built right into the unit. The rain sound is a decent white noise, though I wish there were more options for different white noises with longer sound bytes. I’d much rather have more kinds of white noise choices than lullabies.
I also wish that the favorite feature could run then automatically turn on baby sensing mode afterward. It’s annoying to have wait until our baby falls asleep in favorite (which is rain sounds and low vibrations for us) and then turn it off so we can turn on cry sensing which continuously runs the rain sounds.
Overall I like the bassinet, but I feel like it’s lacking in some simple features and settings that would make it a better smart bassinet. If cry detection was on or off instead of just another bassinet mode, I’d be happy.

Where can I find extra screws ? I lost one of the screws in our move and have no idea where to find a extra

Wonderful, Safe, Convenient Bassinet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a mom of four, I wish this bassinet was around sooner! I would have loved to have used it with all my babies. I have really enjoyed using all the features this bassinet has! The light has been super helpful for those middle of the night feedings. It is just the right amount of brightness. It is super convenient being able to control the lights, sounds, songs, and vibrations from my phone without disturbing baby. I know my baby is nice and safe in this bassinet. It has a flat surface and mesh sidings for a safe sleeping area. It is easy to set up wherever baby sleeps whether in your room or in their nursery. I definitely recommend this bassinet. You will really love everything it has to offer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great at first

Got this as a gift for our baby born in December. We really loved this bassinet at first and having an app to control the settings was very convenient. Unfortunately, we recently noticed the vibration is barely working which is very disappointing given that it’s less than a year old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok Overall

I was excited to use this bassinet because of the vibrating features and built in white noise, but after a month of using the vibration stopped working. Also, the mattress is not very good quality as seen in other reviews as well. The modern design is nice and the mesh sides make it easy to see baby.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was great until it stopped working

We bought this in February 2023 for our baby due July 2023. He was born July 13th and by August 21st, the vibration feature doesn't work at all. The vibration feature was the sole reason we bought this bassinet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
