The BEST invention EVER!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love how easy this Fisher-Price Luminate Bassinet was to assemble. A few pieces snap in together and literally four screws. It literally took less than 10-15 minutes, and it is by far one of the most stable bassinets that i have own. (4 kids) . My baby boy absolutely loves it and is actually sleeping very good in it. I think the fact that it has a sound machine has helped and the little night light is genius. It has it under the bassinet and also right in it. I love that it can connect to my phone as well. It is touch button, but i love how it is sensored that the bottom night light turns on. It even vibrates to help soothe baby. I highly recommend to every new parent, even if you aren't a parent, it's the best gift a new parent can and will receive. Five stars.

Outstanding bassinet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fisher-price Platinum Luminate Bassinet is well built and very sturdy. The smart connect app is extremely easy to use. The songs and vibrations are perfect for newborns. The floor light is so convenient and comes on as you approach the bassinet. The amber inside crib light is nice and gentle for nighttime checking of your baby. It is nice that it saves baby’s favorite settings . The bassinet is very easy to assemble and plug in . It can be conveniently moved from room to room . The sheet can be washed easily. This bassinet is every new parents dream .

Amazing bassinet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bassinet is amazing!!! It’s very easy to assemble. It took about 10 minutes! This bassinet is very good quality and very easy to wash when needed. One of the best features is the app that allows you to control the music, lights and vibration. The lights are not too bright and the music is not too loud. The smart sensing system is great!! The bassinet responds to my baby’s cry. There are 3 different modes for the different stages of self soothing stages your baby is in and 3 different stages in each mode!! This has helped my baby learn to self soothe very quickly. And I can control all this from my app!! The app is very easy to understand and use. When you don’t want to use the app the control panel is very easy to use and control all the features. This is a great bassinet and highly recommend this to all my friends!!

Life made simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything to make sleep effortless in one adorable presentation. This bassinet is a dream come true. Our sweet little one sleeps like a literal dream!!! We love how it has soft music to soothe or baby back sleep, and we love how it illuminates so we're able to see in the dark. It makes checking on him easy, and no harsh lights to wake him up. The best part is it's detection triggered on the bassinet! Im not fumbling looking for buttons wakeing the baby. I wish we had this with all of our kiddos!

Great bassinet

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxing items that need assembly is not one of my favorite past times, but this was so easy to assemble! Everything was labeled clearly and the instructions were so simple. I had this put together in a matter of minutes.
Pairing this through the app to my iPhone was a breeze as well. There was a short period of time for updating, but it was less than 3 minutes. After selecting my mode preferences it was all ready for baby.
I did try just laying baby down for a minute even though I knew she was not in the mood for anything other than cuddles, but we’ll.. I just had too. At least for a quick photo op.
The only down side I can even think to comment on is the little mattress/pad that is included. I’m not sure if the cut is off or if it’s just something that will work itself out with use, but it appears to “ bubble” at one end. I can smooth it down, but then it fills up with air again and the “bubble” comes back.
Honestly everything about this bassinet is amazing! The warm lights are perfect for a quick diaper change at night. Not so bright that baby thinks it’s time to wake up fully, but enough light for me to see what I’m doing. And the music/vibration are an absolutely wonderful addition! The Melodie’s are sweet and I even find myself falling asleep to them.
All in all, a perfect pre crib accessory that will fit just about anywhere.

Mattress terrible! Baby won’t sleep in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We kept our baby at tops two nights in this bassinet because of how uncomfortable the mattress is. Our baby was able to sleep easily in our pack n play bassinet, stroller bassinet, and our crib, but cried non stop in this due to the mattress. This is an expensive bassinet, and very disappointing. They should send everyone a free more comfortable mattress replacement since it’s not safe to buy another mattress unless it’s specifically

Great product -- terrible mattress and service.

As all the other comments have stated, this product is great minus the huge crease in the mattress pad. Per the replys below, I decided to call to and was on the phone for 30 minutes while the representative failed to direct me to the product number and could not search for the product on their own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
