Best overall seed you can buy

Last year a friend convinced me to try Ky Blue grass seed instead of the sun/shade mix. I was not pleased. The seed took TWICE as long to come in as the sun/shade mix. The sun/shade mix is a perfect blend for most situations. Just keep it moist for the first couple of weeks and you'll be happy!
Pros: Value, Quality, Easy to Use, Good Directions, Effective

Cons: Didn't work as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best of Both Worlds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone seems to have shade in certain areas of their property and sun in others. No longer do you have to buy two different grass types. One bag fits all. If you follow the directions on the bag like I did, I'm sure you'll be as pleased as me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really have a use for this after using the other 2 seed products I received from Scotts, however, I used this on a little spot in my back yard just to compare it to the other products and I must say it worked and was about effective as other scotts seed products. Can't go wrong with this seed.
