We have always had a hard time getting the grass to grow under the pine tree in our front yard, because of the size of the pine tree most of the grass shaded all day long. If you follow the directions on the bag for planting and watering the new grass seed, the results are amazing, as you can see from my before and after pictures! I am very satisfied with the product, and would highly recommend it. Thanks

It spreads way way further than you think it would. It's starting to grow and is really looking good. I know it's expensive but totally worth it. Buying lower grade will cost you more in the long run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grass looks better than it ever did after using this seed in the spring. I purposely waited to review it a little longer to see how it would grow in and if it would hold up. My grass is still green and lush. Recommended

Doesn’t grow

I used three types of seeds in different parts of my large yard, just to see which did well. This is did not sprout a single blade of grass. The other two brands all have 1 inch blades growing. Followed directions exactly. Not a good product.
