Worked well with exisiting lawn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did some lawn repairs in late summer and had to seed some dirt areas in the existing yard. Seed took off quickly and filled in the areas. After mowing could hardly tell the difference. Now with the spring and the lawn coming back, you can not determine what areas were seeded last fall.
Pros: Quality, Easy to Use, Effective

Good product for varied sites

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an area that gets both sun and shade and is irrigated. Works especially well in the sunny area that dries after sprinkling . It was effective in the shady area but not as strong. That may be due to watering more than the product.

Sun and Shade Mix

After our lawn was ripped up for some sump pump work, the contractor seeded the area. It was so spotty that I decided to reseed with Scotts turf builder sun and shade mix. The results were far superior to what the contractor was using. In both cases, I was watering regularly.
The Scotts seed that I purchased also had a rebate which made it a great value.
Love that I'm not getting lots of weeds coming up with the grass seed.
Pros: Value, Quality, Easy to Use

Sun & Shade Grass Seed Really Works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed really works in shady areas! We had a spot in our lawn near the edge of the woods where pine trees grow and this worked amazing. It is now filled in like the rest of our lawn. I would highly recommend this product.
