[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs had put some bare spots and holes in our back yard. I filled the holes with some community compost and mixed in some of the turf builder. Watered it per the instructions and in about a week we had some grass popping out. Works great and in about 2 weeks most of the spots had grass growing. The spots the dogs didn't get to are now just like the grass around it. This is an amazing product. We live in a smaller town in Iowa. We had lots of rain and some hot/dry spells and the grass kept on growing.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Quality
Cons: Messy, hands will turn blue but will wash off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My yard has some very sunny dry spots and some really shady spots. I tried this grass seed for the first time this spring and it worked for both problem areas. I now have grass where it would not grow before. Just a side note.. make sure you water it a lot until it gets established
