[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in Colorado on over 1/2 acre. The grass takes a beating when the sun is bearing down. When we don't have snow cover and its still too cold to water the lawn can be pretty stressed. We lik using this product to repair those areas and it has always done a great job!
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective
Cons: none really

Very good for re-seeding

This is very nice for re-seeding those areas that get a little bit sparse in your lawn. I really like the quality and the texture of the grass.

This is the best grass seed. It seems to grow quickly and stays thick throughout the summer. This is a great value for the price.

Seed fails to germinate

I have replanted this seed two times and both times had broken up the soil the seed was going on and also covered the seed with top soil. I keep the seed moist the whole time while I was trying to get it to grow and it did not germinate very well with only a few seeds taking off. I would not recommend this product

I really really like this brand of grass seed. It takes less water. It's very green. It makes the lawn look full,healthy and even. I will continue to use Scotts Turf Builder Sun/Shade Grass Seed and have recommended to friends/neighbors.
