Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Value, Quality, end results is what you would expect.

Easy to sow and watch it grow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seed took about 12 days to germinate, due to the cooler temperatures. However, the second seeding about 2 weeks later, germinated in 7 days. Of course the temps were much warmer. Once again i ask how durable and tolerant is this grass in the heat and humidity of a south jersey summer.

Nothing beats Scotts ...EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a die-hard Scotts fan forever and use this product every spring, followed a short time later by Scotts Weed and Feed. I call it the "one-two punch" as the grass grows and greens up and remains thick throughout the summer. This seed handles small bare spots and solidifies existing grass and I would not buy anything else. Nothing beats Scotts...nothing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the seed down in some spots in my yard that needed new grass in it ans within a week you could see new grass growing up thru the straw on top of it. It was thick and a nice green color.
