[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past Scoots seed has worked pretty good but this year I was trying to sow the grass seed next to some sod next to our new condo and I didn't realize how much they watered new sod. It got to much water and to top it off when they mowed the new sod ( they let it get to tall in my opinion -12" tall ) they blew the dead grass over the area I had seeded. Seed never had a chance.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for a number of Yeats, and it works very well, in my opinion I have the greenest yard in the neighborhood. Also for the last couple of years I have been fertilizing late in the fall, and I sure see a diffrence. The grass is very dark in color and thick bladed. The deer love it during the winter months.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Quality, i'll keep the yard nice and keep using scotts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a difficult time getting grass to grow in my shaded areas, using many other seed brands, The Scotts Turf Builder grass seed sun & shade mix performed very well. Germinated quickly, filled in fast. Great product.

I used the Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Sun & Shade Mix in an area of my lawn that needed to be dug up. I prepped the area and seeded. Using plenty of water which I believe is the key, I soon had a great looking lawn again.
Pros: Effective, Value, Quality
Cons: Didn't work as expected
