[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product both as a new starter seed when the yard was nothing but dirt as well as an over seed and patch repair. Great results and great product overall. Seeds sprouted within 1 week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this last year for the first time and was amazed how nice the grass looked in a short time after the application. I'd use it again if need be. Last year I applied only on the patchy areas but the grass still came up nice and lush.

Green Lawn with less the stress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love when my Lawn is green and healthy. The first step to having a beutiful lawn is have a good seed. Scott's Turf Builder with Water Smart plus makes it less stressful to grow your lawn. I have tried several others but by far the best seed I've put down has been Scott's. I love when the neighbors ask me how to get their lawns to look like mine. Getting their grass seed to germinate is much easier than others. Water to a seed is everything trust me. This turf builder allowes you to not panic when you forgot to water your newly seeded lawn. Highly recommend. Do your research and you will come to the same conclusion.
