[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] tried many grass seed products but this one has by far been the most successful as well as the best as far as results and appearance its not the cheapest one but the labor is the most intense part of this kind of job and saving a couple dollars to redo your project is penny wise and dollar foolish, the best around
Pros: Quality, Effective, great appearance

Starting to show signs of life....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In an area (rather large area) in my yard, it has been barren. I tried other grass seed, but this time I'm actually seeing some sprouting grass.
Still early on, but it looks promising.. ~ Some patching areas not growing, but will have to wait and see...
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective
Cons: cost...

Takes very long to germinate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless you have time to water the new grass for three weeks straight the new seed will not germinate properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, all seeds do require constant moisture in order to germinate. We understand that this may be a time consuming process, but it is necessary for great results. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product along with Scotts Turf Builder and Scotts Top Soil. Mixed the Turf Builder and Top Soil and laid out on lawn that was recently manually tilled. Laid out the Sun & Shade Seeds and they started sprouting in roughly 10 days. Lawn has come in beautifully. It has exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy, I bought 2 more 7 lbs bags to overseed the lawn and lay on other parts of the lawn.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Quality
Cons: can be somewhat pricey but you get what u pay for

My Go To Gress Seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always gotten consistent and good results using this product. Other grass seeds seem to be inconsistent but this one always germinates and provides even lasting coverage.
Pros: Effective, Quality
Cons: little more expensive
