I followed directions on the bag, watered it as I should and nothing..
Cons: Didn't work as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This seed requires that temperatures remain regularly in the 60-90 degree range; the soil is not warm enough for seed germination until 2 weeks after regular 60+ degree temperatures. Great product for the Midwest climate

Grows grass faster than most

Grew decent quality grass in about 4 weeks with little effort on my part. Just loosened soil, spread seed, and watered. Product did the rest.
