This product is reliable, dependable, and germinates quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product on my lawn for the past few years. It germinates quickly and withstands many weather conditions. I have found the product to be reliable and I have found that it works much better than most grass seeds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and son in laws lawn was weedy and and I only had a week to establish a lawn. He had stage 3 cancer so I needed a foolproof way to establish a lawn that was in the midst of shade and sun. I fertilized lightly and left some behind to be added at 6 week intervals. When I came back in the fall, the grass was fairly well established even though no fertilizer had been used. I fertilized it and when I saw it in January, it was doing very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have always used Scotts weed and feed for our lawn. Twice a year and it works beautifully. Have always had a fantastic looking lawn. Now that we are in a new home with a very large lot we are struggling to weed and feed all of it but we can afford to do we LOVE! Wouldn't buy anything else.

Cons: a little over our budget

Nothing happened

I had to seed both my front and back yard used Scott's on front and and some seed from my local gardening store on the back. Now 1 month later my back yard looks great and nothing happened in the front same amount of water and sun only difference was the seed very dissatisfied.
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Didn't work as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The birds and deers deterrence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product because the birds and deers do note at my grass seeds like with other products. Additonally, you do not have to water it as often. The grass grows healthly and stays green in the cold weather.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Scott's grass seeds for over 30 years (back when they sold "Picture" and "Play" mixes). The Sun & Shade mix also holds up to children playing and still gives a picture perfect appearance.
