My lawn is fuller and more green than ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first received this product in early spring. I put it on my lawn with my Scotts spreader, my lawn is thicker and looks better than it has in years. I recommend this product to anyone with bad spots or just wants a fuller greener lawn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We overseeded our septic area. The previous homeowner had let it grow in. We cut it back and then killed the weeds. There was very little grass left. This really filled it in over the course of a few months. I love that it had everything in one package. We will be using this again, next spring, in another area.

I don't get this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied this product to my lawn in the spring. It claims to have seed in it to help fill in balding spots in the lawn. I did exactly what the directions said to do and I did not see any new grass in the space it was used in. The fertilizer portion appeared to work since the grass around the balding area appeared greener than other parts of the lawn. That however made my lawn look funny since I had greener spots in it.

Thick green grass but lots of Crab grass also

I got the thick green grass after spreading the 3-in-1 mix however this resulted in lots of crab grass towering above in the yard.

No Results!!

I raked, I applied, I watered everyday for two weeks, then I repeated the process. No growth in bald spots. I would not recommend this product. Waste of money.

Complete waste of effort

I put down 1 1/2 yards of topsoil and lime and starter ferti;izer and Scotts ThickR Sun and Shade. Kept it watered and after 14 days minimal sprouting. Don't waste your money on th9is product, very disappinted in Scotts.

Not worth the money

I applied this product in May, one month after putting down triple action weed killer. The weed killer didn't work and the weeds overtook the new grass. Waste of money all around. Only buy this product if you have ZERO weeds. Hopefully you will have better results.
