Amazing seed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had an area of grass that died on us due to having wood siding ageing on the ground. We used this seeds and I was amazed with how well the seeds looked and how much was in the bag. We had plenty to do the area and fill in patches around the rest of the lawn. We are completely satisfied with the seed and will be using it in the future again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! We have a HUGE yard and when we moved in we removed about 30 sweet hun trees. We almost always have bare and bald spots from the huge roots that were still left in the ground. We’re slowly removing them so this has been perfect for filling in those spots!! I’ll definitely be getting more bags of these in the spring!! Hopefully I can find a bigger bag next time for our almost 1 acre yard!

Four weeks prior to applying 3 in 1 I used your Turf Builder weed and feed. It seemed to get rid of the clover. Now two weeks after aerating and putting the seed down I have a lot of clover appearing. What and when should I apply next? I live in Portsmouth Virginia.

Lawn looks much better now

Used this product in my fairly heavily shaded back yard in some spots where we had removed some trees earlier in the summer and grass was thin. Put it down using my rotary spreader in early September. Within 2 weeks I had noticeably better coverage. I have learned from past experience consistent watering is important so I made sure to apply both before and after going to work. I would definitely recommend this. Much easier to have both seed and some fertilizer all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this stuff and watered for several weeks and my dead spots in my grass became alive again. It took a few weeks to see results. I saw very little germination after a week, but after two weeks, there is a pretty solid showing of very thin, hard to spot, blades of grass. They are thickening up and multiplying daily. I feel that if the dog doesn't tromp on it entirely, this product worked really well and the lawn will fill back in. I saw the benefit of the fertilizer/soil conditioner more quickly than the seed germination. Give it time! I will surely reorder.

For the price you guys asked for the easy seed; It should produce a lot better than what it does. Topsoil was dug up patch applied plenty of water daily. Not enough grass grew
