Mixed Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea is great, but my results have been minimal so far. I used the product on an area that is very sparse, and had a lot of unwanted grasses. Application was completed after the “weeds” were becoming dormant. One application is likely insufficient for complete coverage, but will hopefully yield better results in the months to come.

Exceptional Results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a number of bare places on my lawn particularly shady spots. I applied the Scotts Turf Builder seed mix as indicated on the package which included prepping the areas to be seeded, applying the seed mix, and watering. Results so far are impressive especially the shady areas. Good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as a workable product and it does work. I applied it to an area that just would not fill in with grass so I applied thicker lawn and it is working beautifully. I always use scotts products as they always perform really well!
