Filled in thinning spots on lawn

Like Rogaine for the lawn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had multiple spots where the frequent tuning when mowing with the lawn tractor over the yeas has damaged the grass and there was hardly any growing. I threw this out with the broadcast spreader and within three weeks it started to fill in. Luckily we are getting nice wet cool days and then a few nice hot days for the seed to germinate.

Germination in two weeks. Made lawn much thicker. Did not wash away in the heavy spring rains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All things considered this has been a phenomenal year for lawn! Over the winter months, my lawn sometimes suffers miserably. I am thinking this might be due to the fact that we are amongst the trees and when it dries up in late summer, the tree roots migrate toward the surface and guzzle the moisture from the lawn. Be that as it may, this spring rain has recharged the ground profusely. I am determined to start winter with the thickest, greenest lawn ever, so having applied Scott's Thick'R Lawn Sun & Shade several weeks ago, I am truly amazed. With some spot treatment for the dandelions already in the lawn, I am seeing 4 inches per week of thick lush growth. I am not o gloomy guy, but I am loving the rain and my new thick turf. The quicker part applies to the application. Rake away residual tree stuff (leaves, little branches, acorns and the like). Use a soil rake with strong teeth to rough-up the soil surface and spread away: that's it. It's fertilized, soil conditioned and seeded in one step and it works. It shouldn't be allowed to dry during it's growth spurt. I watered twice and Mother Nature keeps it coming.
