I MUST SAY I AM PLEASED WITH THIS MODLE COFFEMAKER. I EVEN BOUGHT MY FEMALE FRIEND THE EXACT COFFEEMAKER....SHE IS PLEASED ALSO. I DO HAVE TWO RECOMENDATIONS. THE COFFEE BASKET NEEDS A BETTER INDICATION OF IT'S POSITION....MAYBE A RED INDICATOR WHERE IT IS WRITTEN "BACK".

When my last very 'loyal' Black+Decker coffee maker made its last cup, I knew that my most likely first choice in brand would be the same. After some comparison shopping and reading other reviews, I decided on my new B+D Vortex style coffee maker, and it has been a good decision. The style is clean and classic. The coffee is hot. The maker is easy to clean. Overall, it is a great bargain and I enjoy it almost every day.

I just bought the black and decker CM1331BS. I am wondering why I am constantly having coffee grounds in my coffee? I have tried every type of coffee filter there is including BUNN and I am still getting grounds in my coffee.
