Only had it for a month

I bought this only a month ago and it is now shutting off in the middle of the brewing process. And now the keep warm button isnt working also. And I cant even clean it and return it or anything because the box got thrown away and so did the receipt. I wish I could get another one to replace it cause I really like the style of it and the features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is not my first black and decker coffeemaker but I really like the newer one. It is even easier to program that my four year old black and decker.
