This is a great immersion blender, but it could be better. The section that connects all accessories (chopper, whisk, and blender blade) to the motor are NOT dishwasher safe and should not be submerged. You must keep water out of that section. If the blender, etc., sections could get wet, I’d give it 5 stars.

Feels really solid compared to the old cuisinart immersion blender it replaced. Only complaint is that the “lock” safety feature is a bit clumsy to maneuver.
