The product is well made and performs as advertised. My only criticism is the two button safety system. Both buttons must be pressed and held to start and keep the equipment running. It probably saves tiny fingers, but is a bit annoying for cooks. Moms with busy families will love the safety feature. All in all, a very nice piece of kitchen equipment.

I bought this for the whisk. I was trying to get a regular hand mixer, but there wasn’t any at the store I walked into. Instead they had this. Thought the two extras attachments were cool. Have only tried the whisk... it gets the batter everywhere! I’ve used it 3 times and each time, it’s spraying the mix all over the place, no matter if I hold it up right, to the side a little etc.
Super disappointed

The mixing/measuring cup chipped on 2nd use. The clear plastic material is too rigid. The wand shaft knocked against the spout lip accidentally and chipped the edge, now there is a sharp edge to it and the cup's structural integrity has been compromised. I foresee it will break further and become unusable before long. The Smart Stick itself works well and I like it, but it would be nice if the blending shaft was dishwasher safe.

It is very hard to grip the dome of the chopper and hard to open, also the two button is very hard for the fingers

I have been loving this blender so far! Very user-friendly and easy to manipulate. I used it to make a soup the other day and it resulted in the most perfect velvety texture. I haven't used any of the other attachments yet, but they seem easy to use. Only thing I wish is that itstored a little nicer. I would have liked a way to store all the components together rather than separated like they are now.

This does the job, but it’s… clunky? I need it for smoothies and butternut squash soup. Having the gold down the button and keeping the cord out of the way it’s the as easy as I want it to be. Wish the button would stay so I wouldn’t have to hold
