We have used this blender a lot lately. It's a lot easier to use than getting out all the parts and all just for small things. Especially since my wife had shoulder replacement It's used quite a bit now. Very durable, handy, and powerful.

So far I like this immersion blender, I’ve only used it a couple times though. The one thing that is a bit hard to get used to is having to push the unlock button before blending. Although this is a bit of a hassle I understand the safety aspect of it.

Our old cordless immersion blender (from another manufacturer) never worked very well and eventually gave up the ghost. Our son has the same Cuisinart model that we purchased and he's raved about it plus I've used it when cooking at his home. It was an easy decision to choose this model for our household. I've already used it a couple times for soups and blending cashews for a vegan "cheese" spread, and it works great.

Was afraid I wouldn’t be able to figure out how to use an immersion blender so I put off purchasing one until… I found a recipe I just HAD to try so… did my research and of course I chose Cuisinart! So happy I did! It was easy to use & clean (I was so relieved) and my new recipe came out perfect than great! Now I keep looking for more recipes and reasons to try all the attachments & functions! Highly recommend!

Preferred the previous Cuisinart stick blender

The one I just bought was to replace the old Cuisinart stick blender that I had. I MUCH prefer the one I replaced, I don't like having to press 2 buttons to make it start, and because the design has changed I need to lift the blender up more often to make thick things like hummus, so every time You lift the blender out of what ever you're blending you need press 2 buttons to get it going again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Due to a dental issue I had to had liquid foods-I used this blender at least twice a day from the day it arrived and absolutely love it. Great performance and quality! Can't go wrong with this model for so many uses.
