Great product. Motor got really hot when using the chopper, and the chopper cup got some hairline cracks in it on the first use, but the blender head and whisk are amazing. Good quality feel and love the fact that parts can (hopefully) be upgraded...

I love the variable speed slider to speed up and slow down.
I like to blend my hot coffee in the cup in the morning with a few added things like MCT Oil.
The easy speed control; keeps me from getting burned by too high a speed.
