I love my hand held blender. Very convenient and easy to use. I don't have to pull out my food processor for smaller recipes. My hand held came with a blender and chopping and whisk attachments.

I have used a cuisinart smartstick for over 25 years. My old one was at least 20 years old, and still working fine! I received a new one for Christmas, and I love this version so much! The stainless steel shaft cleans so easily, and the whisk attachment is quite handy for small whisk jobs, like dressings and marinades and even smoothing out gravy! The one thing I thought ws odd, is that the blade is attached to the shaft, so you cannot remove for cleaning. This has been no problem, since it cleans up easily, with no need to remove it anyway. Really pleased with my new toy - so much that it earned a spot in my immediate-use kitchen drawer!
