Was looking for an immersion blender did not want cordless and also wanted the chopping feature this fit the bill. So far have only used it for smoothies and hopefully use it making soups. Has worked well so far. A little concerned about instructions stating only run continuously for 30 seconds. Has not been an issue yet but have needed it to run that long maybe I’m overthinking it but the future will tell. So far it’s easy to operate. Not sure some of the complaints about the buttons to operate. I find it very easy and having a cord is no issue

My first use of the Cuisinart Smart Stick was helping with blending the butternut squash soup for Thanksgiving dinner. She asked if I knew how to use it. I did because I had a different brand. When I felt the weight, power and length of this model as it smoothed out the deep soup, I had to have one. My original immersion blender wasn’t long enough for whipping egg whites or whipping cream as it came over the top. The new Cuisinart Smart Stick works great for a quick tool even for chopping!

Very nice immersion blender. I really like the mini food processor attachment; it’s quite handy for small jobs that don’t require a full sized food processor. I haven’t tried the whisk attachment yet.
