I absolutely love this. It's powerful enough to do more than most hand blenders can do. It's easy to adjust to different speeds and is easy to clean. The reason didn't give it 5 stars is that to start it you have to unlock it while pressing the power button. This takes a little getting used to. It's definitely a safety feature but for someone who has arthritis it can get a little tricky to master. Once you do, it's fantastic.

Wanted to give 4 1/2 stars, but that's not an option. Still, a very good blender for its size. I really like that I can blend cream soups in the pan, as well as whip or chop small batches. I also like that the different heads are detachable.
I would like to see a means of organizing and storing the various components, and maybe a battery-powered motor for extra portability.
