This machine is a beast. It really whips well, especially egg whites. My only concern is that it is a bit wonky to attach the whisk. You really need to pull hard on it and it seems the whisk itself might break.

Love this blender. This is my second Cuisinart stick blender. Works great. Love the attachment. The blender cup is pretty flimsy, however, and already has a chip in the lip. Not too impressed with that.

PUSH THE LOCK BUTTON while pushing the on button to start. Lol... That was irritating as I honestly didn't read the instructions fully. I love this. Even on the low setting it blends and beats wonderfully.
