This is one of the best culinary inventions ever. It's so easy to puree soups right in the pot; less cleanup! This immersion blender has a bit of a difficult lock that requires 2 fingers to get it started. Can't figure why that's necessary since my previous Cuisinart didn't need me to do that. But in spite of it, I love this appliance. I even gave away my big food processor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product. Easy to use. Easy to clean. The power switch has two buttons that must be depressed simultaneously for the product to work. This requires the index finger on the lock button and the other fingers on the power switch. At times, this can be awkward.
