I returned this item for several reasons. The on /off switch is 2pieces so annoying. The blade isn’t high enough to purée anything but cooked fruits. Boiled potatoes got stuck and jammed blade from spinning. Pretty useless.

The Hand Blender was a gift, not something I would have thought of since I never purchase additional kitchen utensils, and I love it. So far I have used the whisk and blender tool in the measuring cup to blend drinks. I use it instead of a hand mixer and blender. It is high quality, will last for years and easy use.
