Would have been a 5 star. But they changed the buttons. I get it that they were trying to improve the stick by adding a safety feature. The problem is they improved on perfection, which made the whole stick imperfect. It is still a great device. Its got a powerful motor and does a great number of tasks. But, the safety button makes it harder to use for someone like me who has arthritis and has a issue with pushing the buttons in. Before I just squeezed the top and the button went in.Now I have to grip it in a way that my fingertips align with the buttons which gives my overall grip less handle to hold onto, and if I release the buttons I have to start the process again. Its sometimes a two handed job for me just to hold the stick. Its not so bad using the chopper dish though. The original design was superior. As far as safety goes, true safety for the stick should be in the grip. Like a hand guard that you slide your fingers through thus giving you a better grip and decreasing the likelihood of droppage.

Husband recently began a blenderized diet due to health issues. I was having difficulty getting foods fine enough for him to swallow. This did the trick!

Very easy to use. Works well. I like that it also has a chopping container. Whisk is a bit flimsy so I don't think it would hold up to thicker batters but it does well with thinner ones along with pudding.
