I don't know why we, the people must "unlock" and press the ON buttons at the same time to make the thing work! How S-T-O-O-P-I-D do you think we are? Otherwise, I LOVE this stick blender and have used it many times.

I really love Cuisinart products, I have quit a few. That being said I was very excited to get my smart stick! But right a way my husband said I couldn’t use it in our pans because the bottom is very sharp and will wreck our pans! The idea was to use it for soups & gravy, so needless to say I’m a bit disappointed!

I would give this hand blender 10* if I could. Super easy to use and clean after. I use it everyday to make my Protein smoothies after a good workout at the gym and also use it to prep my meals. I would definitely recommend this product. Works better than my old regular blender.
