This is a powerful and versatile hand blender. It has accessories that are very, very useful. I love it. The only drawback is that it is a plug in, but that is probably what makes it so powerful.

Nice solid piece of equipment. Need to get used to the lock on the switch but understand its purpose. I like the way the attachments click on and I really like the chopping attachment, its very handy.

My only complaint is that the top of the bowl got water stuck in it when washed in the dishwasher the first time. I read online that someone drilled holes in the top to get the water out and I did that and it worked. Annoying I had to do that in the first place but glad it wasn’t a total loss.

My old one died and I had to get a new one. This version doesn't puree well at all. My old immersion blender was great- it pureed soups quickly, we crushed iced and made smoothies. The blender stick on this is really very poor. However, the chopper attachment works better than the older version. But we use it mostly for blending and so I am very disappointed. Probably can't return it now. Don't recommend.

The convenience and ease of use has been a life saver for my son and I. Both of us are disabled and it makes it easier to stir things on the stove, especially with the whisk attachment. I can see many uses in the future, especially in the winter time.
