I have used this prduct for many years now with no issues. Even to use and easy to clean up. Spreads consistently and evenly.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective

Low waste of material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is real simple to use, and I love the edgeguard that keeps it off the sidewalk and puts it on the grass, wasting less of the material.On my back yard where I have no walks I can just switch the edge guard off and I get a wider radius to cover more area.

Just What I Needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a quality spreader that is perfect in size and quality. All of the spreaders I owned were big capacity. After loading the bigger ones, I seem to always have a lot of product left over and then I had to put the remaining product back in the bag. The only problem was that most of the product wound up on the floor, making extra work to clean it up. This spreader is perfect in size and the controls work flawlessly. I highly recommend it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small spreader is amazing. It does the job as well as the larger models. It holds less product, but is enough. Does a great spreading job. The unit is lightweight and is very easy to fold up and store. Very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new Scotts edge guard spreader, Love it ! I have used a old school drop spreader for years and years and always have had to be very careful On overlaps that would come back and haunt me. I would have dark green lines on my lawn from the over lap. Now I don’t have to worry about that. This new spreader shoots the fertilizer out evenly and wide (less time) also with the edge guard the flowers and plants are protected ( wife is happy ) I really recommend this product!

Works well - no plugging up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used my new mini broadcast spreader with edgeguard. Impressive. It worked well, smooth function and the edgeguard did exactly that. I had a Scotts spreader previously and this one has a better drop design with no plugging.
