Nice improvement on an already good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes it's the little things that make the difference. I bought my last Scotts spreader at least 10 years ago. It works fine and I have never had any issues with it. This new model has two main improvements over the older one. First, the dial to set the amount of product that comes out is larger and easier to set. The last one seemed more like an approximation. Now, I feel like I am "clicked" in to a setting. The second improvement is the curb guard. As someone that has already stained not only my own side walk but that of my neighbor, any and all help in keeping the product where it should be is a welcome improvement.

No worry of rusty parts with metal spreaders you do.this spreader should last many years. I have let a couple friend use and now whey are going to purchase one also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the big brother of this model and love it. This little guy has all the features and a 'big' plus.
For tight/narrow garden spots that need feeding, its' tight turning radius and edge guard are a perfect match for these areas that used to require 'hand' fertilization. I recommend this one, and the Large version too!

Great Spreader great Product

I’ve been using the spreader for two years and it works great once in a while overdo it and get spots, but that’s on my own fault but otherwise it works wonderful great spreader spread even, Once you get used to it gets easier and easier every time you use it
