Spreader settings

I came to this website as directed on the sticker on the spreader to find the settings. I just spent 30 minutes and I still can't find them. What a joke.
Looks like I'm not alone after reading some of these reviews. How hard is it to put a link right on the product page that says "Spreader settings"?

Worst directions on spreader settings.

Instructions suck. If I want an explanation of spreader settings I have to go to the website. Website tells me the exact same thing as the label.

bought this a drop spreader yesterday and tried to spread Pennington K31 coated grass seed . Spreader wheel would not turn with seed in hopper, would only work with about 1" depth of seed and my full weight pressing down on the unit to make the wheel turn. It turned freely empty.

This spreader uses a round orange dial at the top back of the hopper. Just set dial to correct numbered setting. Settings are listed on each Scotts Product Packaging. Spreader settings are not linear or related to pounds per 1,000 square feet. The bigger the number the larger the opening meaning more product will come out. How much product is applied is dependent more on granule size than on weight. If you need help locating the correct setting for the product you are applying, please reach out so we can be of additional assistance.

Says on the spreader to go to the web site for info on settings . there is nothing I can find that tells you what the numbers mean . I am spreading grass seed not made by Scotts .

Horrible Instructions - None Existent!

Absolutely zero instructions on setting use! Several attempts made to locate on-line. Per instructions on website, go to product specs and download. Absolutely nothing to download! Horrible instructions especially for the price paid!

Product is not built correctly

Absolute terrible spreader it left lines in my yard. I believe the wheels block the product because the rotating s[reading wheel throws the product in the wheels and it just drops straight down and leaves lines.
