GREAT COST FOR THIS BUNDLE BUT DID HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE SPREADER NOT WORKING RIGHT BECAUSE THE FERTILIZER HAD A LOT OF CLUMPS AND THEY BLOCKED THE SPREADER OPENING.

The free spreader is what convinced me to buy as I had given away my previous spreader after I moved house and used a service. I was not happy with the results of the service, so decided to go back to doing my own fertilizing. Must say the cost of the Scott’s fertilizer is on the high side compared to other providers with very similar results. I do like the 4 yearly Scott application program because it’s easy to follow. Comparing the Cost of the Scott’s 4-step program with a service ends up as a wash when the service provider is an honest broker.

It was a great package deal, just in time for the spring growing season. The new spreader is great, and while the previous one was still working, at 30 years old it was time to move on. Package price was much better than individual purchases.
