Durable, Reliable Spreader!

I’m keeping this one and giving my son my old one. I’m sure this spreader will give me many years of service. The Scotts name and their products ate the best available products on the market.

I found it very useful for the small and tight areas that I need to fertilize and or seed in my yard and garden.

For tight spots around your yard

Perfect size spreader for small yards

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spreader is the perfect size if your yard is 5,000 sq ft or less. It is large enough to hold a 5,000 sq ft bag of fertilizer but small enough to be manageable. The guard for sidewalks is great.

Almost Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the Elite and the Edgeguard Mini and I wish I could make a hybrid of the two. The Edgeguard Mini holds a standard 5000 sq ft bag of product which is perfect for my residential lawn however it tips easily and the hollow wheels catch fertilizer which can lead to burn stripes on the lawn. I do like that it has a single hopper so that I can monitor for any jams that can occur while spreading larger prills or clumpy fertilizer. It’s extremely light weight and easy to maneuver.
