[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to assemble and best of all the handler folds when finished making it easy to park it somewhere without wasting space. It also is very lightweight and easy to assemble the lawn and push around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! It was very easy to assemble, use and keep clean afterwards. It was very easy to fill and calibrate for my smallish Florida yard and It doesn't throw fertilizer beyond the desired grass area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It replaces an old one that I had that was not easy to maneuver. I loaned it to a neighbor and they were also impressed with its maneuvering ability. My son also wants to borrow it.

Great Little Spreader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have St. Augustine grass, Floratam, that is mowed at four inches resulting in very thick grass It is like walking through soft sand. Pushing a previous spreader through it meant a good workout. This spreader pushes easily even with a full load of fertilizer. The wider wheels are probably the reason why. The edge guard design is much better than previous models and really works. Very good product.

Perfect for smaller lawns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really loving my Scotts Turf Builder EdgeGuard Mini. It is great for small areas and turns. It spreads seeds, fertilizer, and ice melt. Spreads each perfectly and my lawn looks perfect. Easy to adjust any amount you need.

Mini Spreader with EdgeGuard works ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mini means that it is small. I have a lot of walkways and plant/flower beds that I need to protect when I am applying fertilizers, so I have to reload the mini a few times. It's not a big problem, but it does require a little back and forth. As far as the edge-guard goes, it does work... somewhat. I guess it really depends on the feritilizer you are applying. I still had some fertilizer dribble out along the protected edge - but not a big deal. My biggest gripe is that the handle for pushing the spreader is a little low. I'm a tall guy and to hold the bar and push the spreader became a little exhausting after a while. All in all, if I had to do it again, I would rather use my larger Scott's broadcast spreader and be more careful with my application pattern.
